" I'd like to thank you for the improvement I've noticed
in my golf game. I ordered "The Mental Keys" 2 months
ago and since that time my handicap (average score) has been
cut in half! (from 18 hdcp to 9) I think the key has
been forcing myself to set process goals and then striving
to reach them". Thanks,

" What
a difference it has made to my game. I was playing off
a 7 handicap 6 weeks ago and now I am down to a 4. I also
shot my lowest round ever of 1 over par (1st nine 1 over,
back nine level) and this round included 2 birdies only.
" In my last
8 rounds I had 7 sub 80 scores (74,79,74,76,77,78,73), something
I've never achieved before. In the one round greater than
80 (82 before I read your book) , I sat back and tried to
analyse what went wrong and found that I was too concerned
with the entire outcome of my round and not focussing on the
process. Since then, I cannot believe the improvement in
my game.
" For the
first time ever, I recently had 6 birdies in my round and
shot 74 (not such a great score with 6 birdies I suppose),
this score also won me the monthly medal comp at our golf
course. Many thanks."

"When I played
my most recent round last weekend, I felt that I had recaptured
a sense of what I used to enjoy about the game. Despite a
bad start, I managed to mostly stay positive and in the moment.
As a result, I ended up playing fairly well. Most importantly,
I was thrilled to feel almost completely free of fear.
"I just
want you to understand how thrilled I am to be enjoying golf
again and playing closer to what I believe is my ability.
I hope that I can maintain the freedom that I have experienced
recently, and that The Mental Keys will be my vehicle."

"Mr. Anthony
has put together a very effective book for anyone that
wants to get the mental side of their game working for them
instead of against them. The Mental Keys are laid out
in an easy-to-follow step by step manner and they ring true.
This book will help anyone who wants to know "if they have
what it takes," how to focus, how to control their emotions
in golf, and how to control their thought process in general,
in golf and in life. Recommended reading."

"Just a note
to say I shot my best round ever on saturday (83) and with
a 20 stroke handicap I cleaned up with my group. The mental
keys have helped, no question. Two weeks ago I played
Kapalua Plantation course which destroyed me (4 and 5 club
winds), but then came back to Oahu and did 3 straight 88's
and now the 83. My handicap should drop quite a bit. Just
want to give you some of the credit."

"I emailed you
about a week ago asking for advice on qualifying for my high
school golf team. I just want to thank you because I made
it!
"Before the qualifying
I reread The Mental Keys several times, read the attachments
you sent me, and put them in action. When I did hit a bad
shot, I forgot about it and focused on the next shot. My score
would have been much worse if I hadn't stayed in the present.
"I also saw first
hand how your thoughts can shoot your golf game in the foot.
One of the guys I played with duck hooked his tee shot on
the first tee, got real mad at himself, and from then on his
game went downhill in a hurry. This proves again how correct
your book is. Thanks
again for the help you have given me, it has helped me tremendously"

"The keys are
excellent; not only for golfers, but for anyone in any
type of business. Actually, I think that anyone who is
alive should read them! They make so much sense! Thank
you!"

"Saturday, I had
to play our Club's semi-final match in the rain. I never let
the rain bother me. Your message about having the choice of
how you react to facts made a huge difference in my attitude.
I ended up winning the match and having lots of fun as
well.
"The final match
was on Sunday. I had to play a lady that does not work and
has lots of time to practice her golf. Fear was playing into
this equation 'big time'. I kept referring to the parts of
your book that dealt with negative emotions. When I could
just kept everything in focus and saying " NO FEAR" over and
over. Every time I had to make a crucial shot, or putt...that
message would come back to me. When I did feel fear...I would
simply step back from the shot until it went away.
"Unfortunately
I did not win the match. I think I failed the chapter on desire!
I am not sure that I wanted to win badly enough. 3 birdie
putts got away from me. I think I just wasn't determined enough!!!
"I can honestly
tell you that the book helped me. I have been playing
in the club championship for about 6 years and this is the
first time that I ever felt that I had tools to deal with
the mental aspects of the game. I will keep re-reading your
book and have already recommended it to my friends who
were amazed at how well I kept my composure! Thanks
for your interest in my progress!"

"This summer
I resumed playing after a complete layoff of 2 years and an
average of only 4-5 rounds over the previous 10 years. Realizing
I had lost a great deal of physical aptitude for the game
(losing 40-50 yards off of my drives), I purchased Mental
Keys to change my cognitive approach to the game and maybe
teach my children a better mental game as well.
"As a result,
my last two rounds have been even par and one over par. Yesterday,
I actually found myself replacing the old negative programming
almost immediately in my pre swing routine. On the last
hole, as I walked up to my approach shot, fear came creeping
in slowly as I stood over the shot.
"I then recognized
the fear, identified the negative thought process, and immediately
reversed the thoughts of missing the shot to actually thinking
about the possibilities of making a good pass at the ball.
I focused on just executing the shot to the best of my ability
without fear of the outcome. I could literally feel my body
chemistry changing as I stood over the ball. The tension left
and relaxation replaced it.
"The old fear
returned as I stood over the birdie putt. I repeated the process.
Looking back, both were excellent shots under the cold, windy
conditions. I hit the approach shot to within 15 feet. The
putt was a downhill right breaking one that rolled over the
edge and stopped within 6 inches of the hole for the par.
" As a result,
I am enjoying the game. By focusing on what I have learned,
I find that the game itself is not stressful. Thanks"

" I received
the Mental Keys book in the mail last Friday after completing
a very frustrating 18 holes of golf. The outcome of that game,
as several before, was the result of my tape. Generally after
my first bad shot, the fear of what the others thought of
it and then the anger at my performance would build inside
me until I'd get to the point where I would expect the next
shot to be bad. It's alarming how quickly your expectations
can become reality on the golf course.
" I read your
book twice on Saturday. It hit me like a brick that my game
was suffering due to this fear and anger. This past Sunday
afternoon, I played a new fairly tough course with a friend
of mine, and while I did not have my "A" game (don't you love
Tiger's influence on this game), I practiced the Mental
Keys and had the most fun I've had in a long time on a golf
course. I had some spectacular shots, and I had some bad
shots.
"The point
is the bad shots didn't keep me from having the spectacular
shots! It is as if a huge weight has been lifted from
my game; I'm having fun again, and I have no doubt that my
game will only improve."

"My wife has
been having trouble with her golf nerves even though she has
won our club championship three years in a row. I saw your
ad in a bright.net broadcast which my father had forwarded
to me and was moved to visit your sight. I was intrigued by
the "Lower your scores" claim. So, I ordered your book.
" It arrived
this past Monday while my wife was qualifying for a women's
district golf association match play tournament. That evening,
she told me how disappointed she was with her performance.
She hadn't played with confidence, but qualified, not in championship,
but as the second seed in the first flight.
"That night,
I had her read the chapter on fear and made her promise that
she would read at least one chapter each evening before retiring.
This she did. She won her first match six and five and was
very happy. She told me that she stayed in the present all
day, never thinking of the past or future. She won the next
match two and one. The third, five and four.
"She just
called to tell me that she won the final match two and
one with pars on seventeen and eighteen against a tough opponent.
Since this was the second last match, she was finishing in
front of a crowd which didn't seem to bother her. I want
to thank you for your help and offer a testimonial that your
system offers immediate results! My wife is living proof."

"Your book
was just what I needed. I used it this weekend, and shot
a 94, the first time I have ever broken a 100! I admit,
that I did not apply all the pieces of your book all the time,
but when I found myself getting really upset, I was able to
use it to my advantage.
"Nothing
breeds success like success. I will continue to study and
practice the concepts that your book teaches. It is now part
of my library."

"My game had
improved since reading your book and applying your Mental
Tips. Last year was my first year of golf. When I applied
your techniques, I immediately took 10 strokes off my game.
I am also able to get my game back on track after a "bad"
hole. Thank you for taking the time to write this book. Not
only has it helped in my golf game, but in other aspects of
my life as well! Thanks again."

"I partially put
your program to work after reading the material. When I began,
my golf league average, at several courses was a
94. My last three rounds have been 83, 86 and today
an 80! I putted for birdie on the last hole and that would
have given me a 79 for the first time ever. I made the par.
"I am now rereading
your material and plan to absorb more from it and put it to
use in a more organized way. Being focused on the process
rather than the outcome has definitely helped my score.
"The guys I
played with were amazed at what they saw. I have played
with them many, many times and it was always a big thing for
me to break 90. My score was the best in the foursome and
I outscored the best all around golfer that I know. I'm 56
years old and I have been golfing for over 30 years. Thanks
again! I'll keep you posted".

"My game is
going really well. Buying your book was the best money
I've ever spent on golf. You can have all the Taylor Mades
and the Pings you like, but if your head isn't in the game
you might as well hit it with a hockey stick!!"

"So many instructors
look to the mechanics of the game for improvement which definitely
helps, but first we must put our students in the right frame
of mind so they can swing the club. You bring it one step
further to keep the golfer 'in the now' which is why this
book is so valuable. I am endorsing your Mental Keys.
Mental confidence wins tournaments and I plan to win my next
event with your help and lots of practice! "
